Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Energized or customized Rudraksha products
• Used or damaged items caused by the customer
• Items purchased during special sale or clearance offers

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers must share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund approval will be communicated.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
