How It Works

A return/exchange policy indicates rules and conditions about if, when, and for how long your customers can return or exchange a purchase and receive reimbursement.

It includes information about how long your customer has to make the return or replacement and which items are included or excluded from the policy.

We have Easy Return/Exchange Policy valid for 7 Days after product delivery date

and you can cancel your order upto 72 Hrs after its purchased

Refunds

For all Returns and Cancellations the amount will be refunded to the original source of payments

and in case of COD the amount will be added in your Maalavya Wallet which can be used for your future purchases

All Refunds will be processed next day of receiving your return shipment (After cross checking your returns)

Which will further reflect in your source account within next 2 to 5 working days.

Plz Note :- It is Mandatory to open all received shipments under the camera.

Video record the ENTIRE unboxing process without any cropping upon receiving your items.

This should include showing parcel from all 6 sides, opening of the outer parcel and ensuring that all purchased items are clearly visible on camera. This will help us assist you future disputes due to shipping or other unavoidable factors.
